For more than 30 years, Brushfoil has been supplying the label market with quality films available with topcoats custom designed for each job. However, as technology progresses, more exotic inks are being used to achieve appearances never before possible. Many times, the standard chemically treated films are not versatile enough to handle some of these ink systems. For this reason, we developed our “ULTRA Series” of proprietary topcoated films for label manufacturers who want to buy only one film for all jobs.

ULTRA is available as a clear or metallized film – in a variety of colors – in widths of up to 61-1/2” of coated surface on a 62” web width. It has been tested to take up to a 50 dyne level and even accepts most of the hard to handle UV inks which have traditionally been a problem for label producers.

Today, the use for ULTRA Series films has extended to lamination, and its outstanding printable topcoat now is available for all of our brushed finishes.
